Baguio Craft Brewery
A combination of a bar, a restaurant, and microbrewery, Baguio Craft Brewery offers craft beers produced and created by Xavierbier. The Xavierbier’s official website says that there are 6 like-minded men came from 3 different countries behind this microbrewery. Their goal is to make their mark on Philippines’ craft beer culture. The place has a markedly Cordillera feel, with many wooden details and adornments which include carved barrel men and Ifugao figures placed on top of the beer barrels.
If you are looking for a place where you can spend some quiet time, then this is the place for you. The peaceful, Instragrammable atmosphere makes for a perfect place to read, write, or simply relax while enjoying a cup of hot drinks and immersing yourself with the picturesque views. Only a few distance away from Arca’s Yard, Mama’s table is another hangout spot you worth checking out especially if you’re coming as a group or a whole family. As soon as you step in the vicinity, you will instantly feel right at home as the chef serves you a wonderful degustation of eight different courses. Price starts at ₱1,500 per person, which depends on what is on the menu on that particular day. Oh My Gulay
Oh My Gulay is Baguio City’s pioneering vegetarian restaurant. It’s a cafe and an art space combined, for emerging talents from the Philippine Cordillera. The art installations and creative interiors seem like they were plucked right out of a story book. It can be found on the 5th floor of La Azotea Building along one of its main roads, Session Road. So keep an eye out for a sign as this is one of the places you don’t ever want to miss. Oh btw, there is no elevator to get up there so make sure those thighs are ready!
